Recently, the information form for the record (code) of the protection and development of ancient villages along the the Taihu Lake Lake in Wuxing District, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province was released. The project is located in the six administrative village clusters in the north of Wuxing District, Huzhou and on the south bank of the Taihu Lake Lake, and consists of Huanlou Village, Xulou Village, Yanglou Village, Yigao Village, Wupu Village and Miaodou Village.

It is reported that the total area of the project is about 3200 acres, with a renovation area of about 450000 square meters and a water treatment area of 369500 square meters. The project relies on the the Taihu Lake Lake Lougang Weitian agricultural system to form a cluster development mode. The main construction contents are the improvement of agricultural tourism facilities in cultural ancient villages and the improvement of aquatic ecological restoration, including the transformation of the Lougang Relics Experience Park, the transformation of Nanshan Amusement Park, and the transformation of the exhibition hall of the Lougang Cultural Town.

The estimated investment for the project is about 958 million yuan, with a planned start date of November 2025 and a planned completion date of November 2027.
